Mrs. Eli is one of the group financing customers in the Medan Region, who received 2 cycles of financing from LOLC Ventura Indonesia. Mrs. Eli started her business by trading snacks for kids and managing a small boutique, however this did not last for long due to the pandemic. Upon getting a loan from LOLC Ventura in 2017,
she ventured into a new business by selling dim sum around the village with the use of a mobile stall. The pandemic also caused her husband to lose his job, following which he joined this operation to support her business. Today, Mrs. Eli’s business has grown to a very good level where she processes 60 – 80 kg of chicken to produce dim sum under the brand ‘Dimsum Putri Naca’.
